Our LMAC drag suit is being produced by agonswim.com and is a mesh cow print with LMAC on the back. The cost is $32.00 and checks should be made payable to “LMAC”. I encourage all boys in Gold, Senior White and Senior Blue to wear a drag suit during practice and meet warm ups. It would be nice if all of our boys wore this suit to promote team unity during competition and training.

TYR Catalyst Paddles ($12.00): Hand paddles are used for both training and stroke technique development. They enhance a swimmer’s feel for the water by increasing the surface area of the swimmer’s hand. This way the swimmer can more easily feel if they are pulling water.

Finis Z2 Zoomers ($20.00 child/$26.00 adult): We use fins in training for several reasons. They allow swimmers to train at and maintain higher speeds, strengthen legs, create ankle flexibility, etc…

TYR Pull Buoy ($7.50): Just like hand paddles, Pull Buoys are used for both training and developing stroke technique. They allow swimmers to focus solely on arm movements and body rotation (in freestyle and backstroke) because the buoy makes in easier to maintain body position.

LMAC Mesh Gear Bag ($7.00): This is a navy blue mesh bag screen printed with “LMAC”. Swimmers (yes, even those in silver) will be responsible for brining their own gear to practice in this bag. This is not their swim bag for clothes, etc…, this is only for training equipment. We will let swimmers know which pieces of equipment will be needed when practice starts and they can bring it to their lanes. This instills responsibility and good training habits early in our swimmers’ careers.

TYR Durafast Team Competition Suits: Navy blue suits with LMAC and the Piranha on the left hip. Girls suits $48/$52 and boys suits $32.

Latex or Silicone Team Caps with Name: Must order a minimum of 2 caps. Latex caps $5.75 each and silicone $12.75 each. These caps will match team suits and are a great way to identify your swimmer on a crowded deck at meets and/or practice.
